Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, we offer returns and refunds under certain conditions.

1. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, the wrong product was delivered, or the packaging remains unopened.
• Hygiene products are excluded from returns.
• Please contact us before returning an item at hello@miss-cosmetics.ae to confirm the return.
• A return label will be provided by us, and there are no return or restocking fees.
• Returns must be sent using a registered shipping service.

3. Refunds & Processing

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
• The refund process typically takes 5 business days.
• Please note that shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
• If the item is returned in a used or damaged condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

• If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to resolve the case with the relevant payment providers.
